I began my career in 1994 interning at Wheat First Butcher & Singer. In 1995 as an executive at the firm I specialized in corporate retirement plans and retirement planning. In 1997, Wheat First Butcher & Singer merged with First Union Securities, formerly Wachovia (now Wells Fargo Advisors), where I was promoted to Vice President.
