With more than five decades of experience across real estate investment, development, and lending, David Kosoy has held senior leadership positions at Sterling Global Financial, Sterling Centrecorp Inc., the Sterling Group of Companies, and Brother Developments. He is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Sterling Global Financial, serves as Chairman of M.Advisory Worldwide, and sits on the Board of Ashton Woods U.S.A. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, David began his career practicing law in Toronto before transitioning into the real estate and finance sectors.
