David is a Partner and Portfolio Manager of 3i Debt Management US and joined the company in September 2012 following the completion of the strategic transaction with WCAS Fraser Sullivan, which established a 3i debt management platform in the US. David joined WCAS Fraser Sullivan in 2005 from Citigroup Global Investments, where he served as Senior Vice President and High Yield Portfolio Manager. David was responsible for managing a $3.0 billion high yield portfolio for Travelers Insurance Companies, as well as separate accounts. Prior to his promotion to Portfolio Manager, David was responsible for high yield and distressed investments in the Utilities/IPP, cyclical and telecommunications sectors for various Citigroup portfolios. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the Global Special Investments Group at ING Baring (US) Capital.
