David Poltack is the Board Director of MarketLive Inc. He is also a Chief Financial Officer, Globespan Capital Partners. David is Chief Financial Officer and manages all finance and administration functions of the firm including financial reporting, human resources, facilities, and investor relations. Based in Boston, he brings financial management expertise from his work with venture-backed and newly public technology companies. Prior to Globespan, David was with TVM Capital, a global venture capital firm with offices in Munich and Boston, as the Vice President of Finance and a General Partner within the corporate finance group. His responsibilities included the oversight of Boston's financial, IT and administrative functions.
