David Pottruck

David Pottruck has been a director of Intel since 1998 and is Chairman of the Compensation Committee of the Board. Pottruck is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Red Eagle Ventures, Inc., a San Francisco private equity firm. Pottruck also serves as a Senior Fellow in the Wharton School of Business Center for Leadership and Change Management. In July of 2004, Pottruck resigned after a 20-year career having served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of the Charles Schwab Corporation.
