Mr. Young brings 30 years of real estate investment experience to LBI Capital Advisors. His broad background includes extensive work in acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and loan structuring. Throughout his career, Mr. Young has structured more then $3 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions. He began his career with Prudential Insurance Company of America, followed by 17 years at Merrill Lynch, building a national portfolio of equity real estate. The last 10 years have focused on structuring equity joint ventures in the private equity world, beginning at Citibank Private Bank and most recently at NDC Capital Partners. Mr. Young has successfully invested in all property sectors across a broad geographic spectrum. In addition to the U.S., Mr. Young has a working knowledge of the real estate markets in Argentina, Chile and Mexico.
