David Rhotert is the managing director of Companisto and specializes in consulting start-ups as an independent lawyer. Already during his studies, he had founded "partycard," his first start-up, in 2001, which he managed together with Tamo Zwinge until they sold their shares in 2005. He knows the challenges and difficulties young company founders are faced with from his own experience. Crowdinvesting is meant to improve this situation.
