Founded Seligman Private Equity Select in 2003 and oversees all aspects of its business. 25 years at SG Warburg and its successor firms where he formed the sponsor coverage group in 1990. 25 years experience in private equity with extensive relationships throughout the European private equity community: he has advised on all aspects of the asset class, including fund-raising, financing (bank and capital markets debt) and deal structuring, acquisitions, disposals, IPOs and restructurings. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte & Touche following training periods with L. Messel (London), Compagnie de Banque et d'Investissements (Geneva) and Banque Louis-Dreyfus (Paris).
