David Shuman

David Shuman is Founder and owner of Lateralus Holdings. He is Chairman of the Board of Ōura and Chairman of the Board of WebAI. David was previously a director of Czinger Vehicles and Divergent Technologies. Lateralus Holdings remains one of the largest shareholders in Divergent Technologies. David graduated from Williams College and Harvard Business School. He's been a member of the Council on Foreign Relations since 2004, initially as a term member (2004) and then as a life member (2009). He previously served as a trustee of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation.
