David Titus

About

David Titus is Co-Founder & Managing Director of Windward Ventures. In addition to directing the overall development of the firm, he is responsible for a number of investments in the software field. Mr. Titus has been a director of over 25 companies, including two public companies. He is currently a director of several private companies, including Nirvanix and Xifin. He is also a member of the Executive Committee for the CONNECT program in San Diego and a member of the Venture Capital Advisory Board of the San Diego Venture Group. Mr. Titus was formerly an officer of the Western Association of Venture Capitalists. In April, 2011 Mr. Titus was recruited to become the first professional President of the San Diego Venture Group. Prior to founding Windward Ventures, Mr. Titus was a General Partner and Managing Director of Corporate Finance for Technology Funding, a $250 million venture capital firm, where he was responsible for directing all new investment activity from 1988 through 1992.
