David Weinstein is Principal and Chief Financial Officer of LEG. In his 25-year tenure with the firm, his has played leading roles in financial management, investment analysis, valuation, acquisition, and financing of real estate investments. Weinstein has been involved in over 40 capital transactions including $2.5 Billion of property acquisitions and dispositions, and over $1.5 Billion of financings, with a key focus on deal structure and tax efficient strategies. From 2005 through 2015, he headed up LEG’s European residential program which featured full cycle investments in over 10,000 multifamily units in partnership with institutional capital providers. Weinstein is a key member of LEG’s management team and is involved in all major financial, property management, construction management and leasing decisions.
