For nearly three decades, David has been solving problems with technology. A coder and developer at heart, David loves programming – especially when he’s able to use it to help people. With the founding of LCMS+, David also landed his dream job, where every day he can focus on engineering solutions for healthcare education programs throughout the world, solutions that he believes ultimately improve the quality of healthcare and expand access to it. At Duke School of Medicine in the early 2000’s, David served as the chief technologist behind BlueDocs, the precursor to LCMS+. Following the implementation of BlueDocs, the School of Medicine earned several points of excellence from the LCME, one of them specifically for the system David and his team had designed.
