David Williams

avid began working as an advisor to the business in 2003 and was appointed Chairman in 2009. He also currently serves as Chairman at Ramco Ltd., a tubular services business, and Tharsus Ltd., an electrical and mechanical manufacturer. Additionally, David recently joined the Board of the Shepherd Group as a Non-Executive Director. His latest operational role was as Interim CEO of Logstor Holdings. From 2004 to 2011, David was Chairman, CEO then Managing Director at Serimax Holdings, a market-leader in technology and services for offshore pipelines and structures. Prior to this, David spent 18 years at 3i, including four years as Regional Managing Director accountable for a £500m portfolio. David holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding from University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
