He is the Managing Partner at Nubia Capital, a US based Venture Capital Firm focused on funding and investing in tech-enabled startups in Africa. He was previously a partner at AELEX, a leading law firm in Nigeria and Ghana, where he headed the firm’s Startups, Innovation and Technology Practice. He has close to twenty years experience advising businesses in different areas involving mergers & acquisitions, regulatory compliance, law and management. His clients are in a variety of industries including fintech, media, telecommunications, IT, private equity and financial services.
