As a multilingual instructional designer and training specialist, my goal is to foster personal and professional development and increase employability. With 14 years in learning and development and a master’s degree in educational research, I engage with learners to assess their training needs and develop solutions to promote growth and competitiveness. Some of my career highlights include: • Researching and designing a video-based eLearning program for factory workers with fifth grade reading and writing skills, adapting it for a non-computer-literate audience to help them excel in their careers. • Facilitating train-the-trainer workshop for new technical writers, enabling them to deliver a complex and extensive training program for an important client in a short timeframe.
