Debbie is a Director of ACT and has been active in corporate finance and venture capital investing for 20 years. Her investment focus is on software, healthcare and media. Debbie is currently on the boards of Qumas, Capella and Heartsine Technologies and works closely with the teams at Game, Endecco, Keelvar and Soundwave. Previously, she has been closely involved with a number of other ACT companies including AEP (acquired by Ultra Tehnologies),Lifestyle Sports (acquired by Stafford Group) , Nova Science (acquired by Abbott), Snapper Music & Kainos. Prior to joining ACT, Debbie spent 5 years with KPMG Corporate Finance specialising in strategic corporate advice, fund-raisings and M&A transactions. Debbie graduated from University College Dublin (UCD) with a degree in Civil Law. She also holds a Diploma in Professional Accounting and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland
