Diana Morgan

Diana joined Gel-Pak in 1998 and now serves as the CFO. As CFO, she oversees all aspects of accounting and human resources for Delphon and its divisions. She is responsible for establishing policy and maintaining internal controls in accordance with GAAP. She also provides the preparation, interpretation and analysis of financial data, statements and audits. Diana is also heavily involved in implementing and maintaining the computerized accounting system. Diana has previously held positions within the company as Accounting Manager and Controller. Prior to Gel-Pak Diana worked at Park Scientific instruments from 1992 to 1997 as Payroll Coordinator, Accounts Receivable and Accounting Manager. Prior to Park Scientific Instruments Diana was the Customer Service Manager for Lazorlite Parts Inc. Diana has a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She has also participated in the Crestcom Management Program. She is also a member
