Dick has over 25 years of organizational consulting experience in over 300 high technology companies. His professional expertise lies in organizational and executive development, particularly founder transitions, top-management team building, and CEO coaching. Dick received his MA & PhD in Psychology from Claremont Graduate School. His Post-Doctorate, with a focus on clinical and organizational behavior, was done at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute.
