Dirk Stader, born in 1967 together with Dirk Ströer, forms the top leadership of the Media Ventures GmbH. After studying economics at the Heinrich-Heine-University Dusseldorf Dirk Stader takes over already with 32 years in the course of its various functions for the mg technologies AG, Frankfurt a management responsibility as Commercial Director of an investment company and was appointed in 2001 to the commercial director of a Dutch group company. From 2004 to 2007 he was responsible for Rölfs CF Partners Corporate Finance GmbH, Dusseldorf, as sole managing. Dirk Stader responsible as Commercial Director of Media Ventures GmbH controlling, accounting, tax, legal, finance and human resources and the entire transaction business and investment controlling. Dirk Stader has already been implemented in his career more than 50 corporate transactions for buyers and sellers successfully and is an experienced M & A specialist.
