K. Don Cornwell is a Partner at PJT Partners and a co-founder of Dynasty Equity. Mr. Cornwell joined PJT Partners in February of 2015 following an 18-year career at Morgan Stanley. At Morgan Stanley, Mr. Cornwell spent the majority of his time in Mergers and Acquisitions, and established a particularly focused area of expertise in media and entertainment, specifically in sports and gaming.
