Donald Howard

About

Don Howard was Senior Vice President for Compliance for USAA in San Antonio, Texas. He was Chief of Risk and Compliance for McGraw Hill Financial. Previously, he was Managing Director at Promontory Financial Group, LLC, where he provided guidance and perspective on regulatory actions and governance. Before that, Mr. Howard was Group Chief Risk Officer at HSBC Insurance in London, leading the bank’s international risk management team. Earlier in his career, he held positions at MetLife and Bank of America. He also served as bank examiner at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston. Mr. Howard holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College.
