Dong Ren joined SAIF in 2011 as Associate. Prior to joining SAIF, Mr. Ren served as Senior Associate at China Renaissance Partners, a leading boutique investment bank in China, where he led and participated in over $ 300 million private placement and M&A deals. Prior to that, Mr. Ren worked with Junhe Law Offices, a leading law firm in China, as a lawyer practiced in financing and M&A areas. Mr. Ren holds a Juris Master degree from Fudan University and a Bachelor degree of Business Administration from Shanghai University.
