Doug Fearing

About

Doug founded the Dodgers R&D department, grew it to a staff of 20 over four seasons, and reached the World Series in both 2017 and 2018. While a faculty member at Harvard and then UT Austin (2010-2015), he was the Senior Advisor to the Rays R&D team, and he received an MIT SSAC research award in 2013. Doug has a Ph.D. in Operations Research from MIT.
