Mr. Holladay has 27 years experience in building successful early-stage companies in the communications industry. Mr. Holladay joined Meritage Funds in 2004 and is actively involved on the Boards of Meritage portfolio companies Pipeline Financial Group, Crisp Wireless and Perlego. Prior to Meritage, Mr. Holladay was a Venture Partner for Columbia Capital from 1999-2003. He founded Digital Television Services (DTS), which was acquired by Pegasus Communications in 1998 for $386 million. Prior to DTS, he served as President of Sterling Cellular, a consolidator of rural cellular systems which was sold for $265 million. He was a founding executive of The Weather Channel, which sold for $3.5 billion.
