Dr. Shriram Nene

About

Dr. Nene was born in London, and grew up in the United States. Prior to going to college, he was a software entrepreneur. He did his undergraduate work at Washington University in St. Louis, where he also obtained his Doctorate of Medicine in 1993.He subsequently trained in General Surgery anddid a Vascular Surgical Research Fellowship at the University of California in Los Angeles. He finally completed his training with a fellowship in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery. He was boarded in Thoracic and General Surgery in the United States and practiced as a heart, lung and vascular surgeon in Denver, Colorado. In 2011, he moved to India to make a difference in the lives of others and improve the practice of medicine, worldwide, to international, evidence based standards by empowering the patient and doctor’s reach.
