Duncan joined the company in October 2011 as Chief Executive Officer. In March 2012, he led a significant restructure of the group, which saw the creation of Top Right Group and its separate business units operating at the heart of the customer communities they serve. In December 2015, following a successful three-year turnaround, Duncan formed the new Group Company Brand – Ascential. As CEO, Duncan has a relentless focus on improving our products and services to ensure this drives greater customer retention. Ensuring our customers get improved value every year from our products; seeking constant feedback; adapting what our brands focus on and empowering our experts to have the confidence to be champions of insight or access to the markets we serve; have been the core ingredients to the strong results of the Group over the last few years.
