Eamonn Mullins is the Acquisitions Director at British Pearl. He is a residential property specialist with excellent experience of the investment market and large portfolio management. Eamonn has an in depth knowledge of acquisition processes, portfolio construction, management and valuation, asset enhancement, redevelopment, refurbishment, lettings and disposals. His experience includes working for Bradford Property Trust Plc, Simmonds & Partners Chartered Surveyors and most recently at a national property investment platform where he was responsible for purchasing £85m of stock on a national basis, both single units and blocks. As well as a degree in History from Bangor University, Eamonn has a Masters in Property Management & Development from the University of East London where his thesis was 'the future of the private rented sector.
