The group was established in 2007 by Victor Pinchuk. EastOne provides a broad range of services to assets under its mandate: portfolio strategy development and implementation, sector expertise, long-term business planning, support for M&A and capital market transactions, and risk and performance management. In addition, the Group also advises on corporate social responsibility, broader social innovations, and not-for-profit activities.
