The EB Medical Research Foundation (EBMRF) is a nonprofit organization with the mission to relieve the suffering of children affected by epidermolysis bullosa (EB), a group of rare genetic disorders characterized by extremely fragile skin and recurrent blister formation. The foundation was founded by Gary & Lynn Fechser Anderson, who lost two children to EB, in response to a need for increased research funding identified by Dr. Eugene Bauer at Stanford University.
