Ed Condon is Senior Partner and founder of Paradigm Capital Ltd., a financial advisory firm focused on private companies seeking to raise capital in the venture capital and private equity markets. Prior to forming Paradigm Capital, Ed was Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of Sears, Roebuck and Company. He retired in 1993 after 27 years with the company. Ed also currently serves on the Board of Directors or Board of Advisors for over 10 organizations.
