Edward F. Sager, Jr. has been engaged in venture capital, merchant banking, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity financing, mergers, acquisitions, underwriting initial public offerings and providing strategic as well as operating assistance to a variety of companies in all stages of development for over 30 years.
