Mr. Croft co-founded Croft & Bender in 1996. Prior to that, Mr. Croft was a Managing Director of the Corporate Finance Department at The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Inc. and was a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Croft joined Robinson-Humphrey in 1971 and played an important role in building the firm into a leading investment bank in the Southeast. Mr. Croft has been involved in many industries, including technology, healthcare, communications, retailing, manufacturing, distribution and services. Prior to joining Robinson-Humphrey, Mr. Croft worked for White, Weld & Co. in New York and also served for two years as an officer in the U.S. Army. Mr. Croft has served and continues to serve on the Boards of several corporations. He also served as a member of the NASD Corporate Finance Committee for several years.
