I’m Elena Tikhonova, a foodtech entrepreneur and the founder of BroccoPizza, a startup revolutionizing pizza with a 52% broccoli-based, gluten-free crust. I’ve been in the food industry for years, working with frozen vegetables, product innovation, and food manufacturing. Before launching BroccoPizza, I built three food production businesses from scratch, developing over 90 SKUs and four brands that made it into major retail chains in Russia. Now, I’m based in Spain, and I’m on a mission to disrupt the frozen pizza market with a product that’s healthy, delicious, and convenient. BroccoPizza caters to health-conscious consumers, gluten-free diets, and busy people who want fast, nutritious meals without compromise. Beyond building my startup, I help other food entrepreneurs streamline production, optimize costs, and enter retail markets.
