Elizabeth has over 30 years' experience, mostly at director level, in corporate finance and broking providing board level strategic, project management and regulatory advice to a wide range of UK and international companies, principally on the Official List and AIM. Most recently she has been Head of Compliance at N+1 Brewin, corporate advisory and broking, and prior to that was a Senior Divisional Director of Brewin Dolphin, corporate finance and broking.
