About

Since starting her career as a chartered accountant at KPMG, Emilie has led finance functions for prominent technology companies: Softimage, CGI, and most recently for Averna Technologies, a US$30M business with 300 employees, whom she served as CFO. Emilie holds degrees from McGill University and HEC, and she is on the board of the National Angel Capital Organization (NACO) and Axelys, a non-profit organization with a mission to accelerate the development and transfer of inventions resulting from public research in Quebec.
