Evan Kornack joined Data Point Capital in 2012. Previously, Evan worked for UBS in their Global Investment Banking group, where he executed take-private transactions, and equity raises. Prior to UBS, Evan worked as a Corporate Development Consultant for RainDance Technologies, which is a Digital Biology™ Company that is backed by Mohr Davidow Ventures, Alloy Ventures, and Quaker Partners. At RainDance, he was heavily involved in the firm's capital raising efforts, and select business development activities. Before working at RainDance Technologies, Evan was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Leerink Swann, where he executed numerous M&A transactions, and public and private equity financings. Evan has a BA in Economics from Bates College and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
