Eylon Penchas

Eylon Penchas has over twelve years of private equity investment experience, including 13 years as Managing Partner of D Partners, the predecessor to the Fund. In 1998, Mr. Penchas joined the Dovrat-Shrem Group, where he was responsible for investment banking activities in the field of private placements, mainly for high-tech start-ups. During his tenure with Dovrat-Shrem, the firm was directly and indirectly responsible for investments in a number of Israeli high-technology companies. In 1999, Mr. Penchas joined Aharon and Shlomo Dovrat in the establishment of the Viola Group. In this capacity, he has developed extensive expertise in investment vehicles, including administering and managing complicated investment structures. Mr. Penchas is responsible for executing the investments of D Partners as well as for the operational and financial aspects of the Fund.
