Having followed my passion in User Experience I am a true believer in UCD techniques, that will enhance and simplify a persons day to day task. 
Having previous designed and built secure applications for 20 years with Financial Institutions, Banks and Enterprise Level Corporations such as the Ministry of Justice, I was the Head of Wealth Management for the London Stock Exchange, where I managed their entire suite of Wealth platforms. I also functioned as the Head of UX at HSBC and worked as the Head of CX/UX for Commercial Banking for Lloyds Banking Group where I designed their flagship website and managed the strategy for their entire Commercial Banking department, I have also designed applications for RBS, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Bank, the British Ministry of Justice, Department
