Federico G. Pappalardo is managing partner of the Dechert offices in Munich and Frankfurt. He has many years of professional experience in cross-border and national transactions in the areas of M&A, private equity, venture capital and corporate finance. Mr. Pappalardo has extensive expertise in providing legal advice to leading national and international financial investors, private equity companies, venture capital fund companies, management teams and family offices in complex matters, in particular with regard to all financing phases and buyout transactions. In addition, he advises, negotiates and develops restructuring and takeover strategies for German and international companies, investors and lenders.
