About
A graduate in economics and commerce (1987) of the University of Naples, he completed his studies in the United States, first earning a master's degree in management at Brooklyn Polytechnic University and later attending the advanced management program at Harvard Business School. He began his career by working in the marketing division of Laben (Finmeccanica Group) and then that of Procter & Gamble Italia; in 1990 he joined the Italian office of Booz Allen Hamilton (now named Booz & Company Italia), a management and technology consulting firm, where he was appointed partner and vice-president in 1998.
