Fondazione Telethon is a major Italian charity. Since 1990, based on a cause brought to the forefront by a community of patients, their goal has been to fulfill the promise of curing rare genetic diseases by raising funds for excellent biomedical research. The keystone of their activity is civil society's contribution – local volunteers, partner companies, and contributors who do their part every day to bring research closer to a cure.
