Formax was founded in 1984 by a group of senior people from the university with exceptional computer science knowledge and experience. Formax was the earliest BPO pioneer supplier in China. Formax was initially created as a data service provider to the legal services, communications, education, financial services, government, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, retail, travel and transportation industries.
