Fourth Green Capital originates and funds investments in a number of different asset classes, ranging from real estate to small business loans. While we invest in myriad businesses, our philosophy remains a constant. As value oriented investors, we focus on protecting our downside by investing in opportunities that are either out of favor or undervalued. Over time, our patience and commitment to our investment principles has served us well. Currently, Fourth Green Capital’s chief focus is funding small business loans in emerging economies, where there is a shortage of financing available for small businesses.
