Olivier Duha at Bain & Company, Frédéric co-founded Webhelp, which originally provided online support services for businesses and the general public, in June 2000. Rapid growth and innovation over the following years has resulted in the BPO provider and customer experience engineer that is Webhelp today. Frédéric graduated from HEC in 1992 and began his career in 1994 at L’Oréal. He handled marketing and familiarised himself with new product development, consumer brand management and advertising strategies. Paying close attention to new technologies, he decided to buy DIALOG, a software vendor, in 1998 and soon merged it with its competitor, IKOSOFT. He then joined Bain & Company in 1999 as part of the private equity practice, where he participated in several consulting assignments guiding the engagement strategy of major funding institutions.
