Francisco is the Chief Executive Officer at Promotora where he is responsible in the company's transformation model, turning Promotora into a pioneer of the Private Equity sector in Colombia. He is an active Director for the two Funds: a. a Venture Capital Fund, that invests in Colombian Entrepreneurship that can be escalated globally, and b. a Growth Fund that invests in small and mid-sized companies, with a potential for regional expansion. He has experience in Project Management, Investment Banking, Strategic Analysis, and Financial Structuring of Investment Projects, as well as a broad network among the region. He started at Promotora in 2000, and previously held various Project Management positions in the Engineering and Infrastructure sectors.
