Frank DeBernardis is a Founding Partner of Gore Range Capital. He has more than 40 years of medical therapeutic and diagnostic device experience with deep relationships and expertise in cardiovascular, orthopedic, aesthetic, and wound care. He became the National Sales Manager for Medtronic, Inc., where he led the effort to convert the Medtronic distributor network to a fully integrated direct salesforce. As a co-founder of Nascent Enterprises, Frank worked to take ideas from “Inspiration to Commercialization.” Nascent Enterprises partners with physician inventors to commercialize disruptive therapeutic devices that improve outcomes at reduced costs. He is a serial entrepreneur and has been awarded Entrepreneur of the Year by Inc. Magazine.
