"I was working with an advisor in grad school, doing consulting, and saw the opportunity to grow something of my own,” says Frank on founding DMC in 1996. Previously Frank worked with Cinch Connectors, Pratt & Whitney, Whistler Corporation and was also Vice President of Controls & Automation Technologies. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Chicago. Frank is a proud member of the Entrepreneurs Organization. His favorite business books include Freakonomics, Good to Great and Made to Stick. In his free time, Frank enjoys boating on Lake Michigan, traveling, running and exercising, perfecting smoothie recipes, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
