Alfred E. Festa, also known as Fred, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of W.R. Grace & Co. (a/k/a Grace) of Grace Construction Products Inc. since January 1, 2008 and June 1, 2005, respectively. Mr. Festa served as the President of W.R.
