Frédéric co-founded the new OXIAL structure in 2012 by bringing his SaaS activities and banking knowledge to OXIAL. Following ten years in capital markets heading the structured products trading activity at Calyon, Frédéric held the position of COO at Credit Agricole Alternative, a seed and development capital private equity firm in the financial technology sector, contributing as an entrepreneur to the emergence of a “new markets model” in such different sectors as short-term instruments (sold to Euronext) and a wines and spirits exchange (sold to Credit Agricole). Frédéric was the founder of Traderforce, a European leader in trading/financial information, which was sold to Flextrade in 2005. Frédéric also founded Tradeside in 2006, a consulting firm specialised in equity financing strategy for companies in the financial services industry (Etrali, AM Fine Software, Flextrade US). He was also Senior Advisor for Bryan Garnier as a financial technology expert until 2012.
