I’m a Swiss‑born entrepreneur who has spent the last two decades building and scaling tech companies across Asia, and Europe. I co‑founded Arcanys, a 340‑person software‑engineering firm, and later spun out Arcanys Ventures, an operator‑first VC that commits senior dev teams (USD 200‑500 k of work over 12–18 months) to late‑seed and Series A startups. We’ve partnered with 25 founders to date—and notched an exit to ASICS—by embedding two to eight engineers directly into their roadmaps and staying for the long haul. I invest personally as an angel in capital‑efficient SaaS and deep‑tech ventures. My bias is toward execution: clear metrics, tight feedback loops, and a culture that keeps great engineers engaged.
